14-day money-back guarantee for DoWatermark Pro licenses

Overview

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all DoWatermark Pro purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.

14-Day Refund Window

To request a refund, your request must be submitted within 14 daysof your original purchase. The 14-day period begins at the time of purchase confirmation.

Example: If you purchased on January 1st at 2:00 PM, you have until January 15th at 2:00 PM to request a refund.

Refund Eligibility

To process your refund, we simply need:

  • Request submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • Valid order/transaction ID provided
  • Purchase email address matches refund request

  • Your order/transaction ID (from purchase confirmation email)
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Date and time of purchase

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Your license key will be immediately revoked upon refund approval.

License Key Revocation

Upon refund approval, your DoWatermark Pro license key will be immediately deactivated and removed from our system. You will no longer have access to Pro features and will revert to the free version (1 image limit).
